Modi Enterprises has signed a contract with EssNet for its online lottery system. In the first phase, EssNet will install the ELOS system for approximately 10000 terminals all over India within one year at an investment of around Rs400 crores. In the second phase, a total of 30000 terminals will be put in place all over the country at an investment of around Rs600-650 crore.
